Technical documentation covering OpSec, PGP verification, escrow mechanics, and troubleshooting for the Torzon platform.
This site functions as a cryptographic gateway and verified mirror repository for Torzon Market. We publish PGP-signed .onion links to mitigate phishing attacks. By maintaining a rotating list of active mirrors, we ensure consistent access to the marketplace even during network congestion or DDoS events. Always verify the URL signature before logging in.
Torzon is a next-generation darknet marketplace built on a secure, wallet-less architecture where possible, supporting both Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR). It features a robust escrow system, mandatory PGP encryption for sensitive data, and an automated dispute resolution center. The platform prioritizes user anonymity and operational security.
Access requires the Tor Browser (version 13.0 or higher). For maximum operational security (OpSec), we strictly recommend disabling JavaScript (set security level to 'Safest') and using a dedicated operating system like Tails or Whonix. Never access the market over a standard VPN or clear-net proxy, as this can compromise your anonymity.
Verification is mandatory for security. Import the Torzon official public key into your GPG keychain (e.g., Kleopatra or GPG4Win). Upon loading the login page, copy the signed message presented by the server and verify it against the stored public key. A valid signature confirms you are on a legitimate mirror and not a phishing site.
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR). We strongly recommend Monero for all transactions due to its ring signature technology and stealth addresses, which make transactions effectively untraceable on the blockchain. Bitcoin transactions are mixed but remain inherently less private than native XMR transfers.
Standard Escrow holds funds in a secure market wallet until the buyer confirms receipt or the 14-day timer expires. Finalize Early (FE) allows trusted vendors to receive funds immediately upon dispatch. FE is permission-based and only granted to vendors with extensive positive history. Buyers should use FE with caution and only with vendors they trust implicitly.
Upon registration, you are issued a unique mnemonic seed phrase. This is the ONLY way to recover a lost password or PIN. Support staff cannot reset passwords manually due to encryption protocols and security policies. Store your seed offline (e.g., on paper) in a secure, physical location.
If an order is not received or is defective, the buyer can initiate a dispute before the auto-finalization timer ends. This freezes the funds in escrow. A moderator will review encrypted chat logs, tracking information, and user history. Decisions are binding. Providing clear evidence significantly speeds up resolution.
The Tor network is subject to high latency and occasional DDoS attacks. Torzon utilizes a 'Rotator' system to distribute load across multiple hidden services. If a link is unresponsive, return to this page (or your saved mirrors list) and try an alternative verification-signed mirror. Persistence is often required during network attacks.
Torzon enforces a strict harm reduction policy. Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, poisons, fentanyl (and its analogues), and Child Exploitation Material (CP). Vendors listing these items are banned immediately and permanently. We focus on digital goods, services, and unrestricted physical goods.
Vendor applications are open to the public. Requirements include a non-refundable bond payment ($300 USD equivalent in BTC/XMR), a fully setup PGP key, and agreement to the Terms of Service. Established vendors from other markets may apply for a bond waiver via a support ticket by providing proof of reputation (PGP signed message).
While not strictly mandatory for browsing, PGP 2FA is highly recommended for all users and strictly required for vendors. It ensures that even if your password is compromised via phishing, your account remains secure. Enable 2FA in your account settings immediately after registration.
Stealth Mode is a client-side feature that disables all product images and heavy CSS elements. This feature is designed for users on slow connections or those prioritizing maximum privacy and data minimization. It significantly reduces bandwidth usage and page load times within the Tor network.
A flat commission fee of 4% is applied to all completed sales, deducted from the final payout to the vendor. Withdrawal fees vary based on current blockchain network congestion. Deposits are free, though network miner fees still apply to the sender.
Support is accessible via the internal ticketing system located on the market dashboard. There is no email or Telegram support. Do not trust external users claiming to be Torzon admins. Staff will never ask for your private key, password, or mnemonic seed.
